H2C S.p.A. today is an investment holding and represents the evolution of a company history that, since 1951, has always seen the Casellato family as its protagonist. Since 2018, the investment targets are innovative energy sectors and real estate development in certain asset classes, both with a strong ESG footprint as their prerogative. The ultimate goal remains the generation of employment, growth and development for the territories.

Its two investment branches are described below:

Our Green Hydrogen
division

H2G, founded in 2020, realizes truly integrated, eco-sustainable systems – NET ZERO ECOSYSTEM – which include:

1. Plant for the production, storage & supply of green hydrogen on site
2. Management and control systems
3. Hydrogen powered vehicles

The aim is to develop, design and deliver economically sustainable
systems, which means offering customised, scalable and competitive solutions in the “H₂-ready” sectors:

• H₂ Mobility for Industrial Logistics

Our Real Estate
division

Founded in 2018, Progressio Management Advisory S.r.l. promotes and manages urban regeneration , real estate redevelopment and development operations in an ESG vision oriented, with a particular focus on core plus and value-add projects in the commercial / office asset class. The geographical target is North-East Italy.

The core activities of Progressio M.A. are based on four fundamental processes that act in synergy throughout the value creation chain:
